Printing cost reports and usage pattern reports allow you to analyze the customers printing environment, helping you offer the best printing solutions to your customers.

Customer Billing Tool:

When used by hardcopy facility management, PAS can help you to manage your profit margins. It will generate monthly reports for billing your customers on a cost-per-page basis. The reports are automatically e-mailed at the end of the month to your accounting department to be imported by your billing and invoicing software package.

PageControl Station™

Track Print and Copy - PageControl Station™ is an advanced Ethernet-based network transaction device that provides a highly cost-effective and flexible solution to track both printing and copying transactions. With this device, Equitrac introduces a new level of convenience with the ability to accurately track walk-up copying on either networked or stand-alone copiers. PageControl Station is a standalone-device that will easily connect into an organization’s copier or networked printer. It’s Ethernet 10base-T connection uses the existing network cabling to provide communications to and from the server. The terminal display and keypad provide additional flexibility for user identification or account selection for precise print security and copy tracking.
